Hey guys … am goin to gym for 1 year and i have gained 22 kilos after but i have a heartburn now and it’s very strong … I used to have it since i’m 14 yeas old but now it’s very hard .. I went to doc and he told me that i need Gastroscopy … my questions is … does the heartburn treatments causes loosing weight ?? and do i have to start new special diet ?? will that effect my weight ??

If you get an acid attack:

Walk around the house and eat some bread. The bread should soak up the acid in your stomach. Walking gets your system moving. That’s why people should walk after a big meal. If you can, sleep propped up. The worst thing you can do is lay flat.

I take nexium, but only when I get the heartburn.

Avoid orange juice and anything citrus. Avoid Italian foods. Chocolate can give you heartburn too.
